12th Annual D.A. Weaver Scholarship Golf Tournament!
American Society for Safety Professionals (ASSP) remembers the contributions of safety engineer and Society Fellow, D.A. Weaver. In 1990, D.A. Weaver was named a “Fellow” of the American Society for Safety Professionals (ASSP). In 1996, he was inducted into the Safety and Health Hall of Fame International. D.A. passed away on July 22nd, 2013 in Pueblo, Colorado. Because of his legendary contributions to the safety profession, the ASSP Southern Colorado Chapter envisioned a scholarship fund that memorializes this man and wishes to assist students aspiring to acquire an Environmental Health & Safety degree, or professional certification in safety.
