Rocky Mountain Safety Conference – Vendor Registration

Our conference attracts new and returning attendees, with many of the new attendees coming as a result of a recommendation from an employer or colleague. Your products and services will be in front of potential customers at the largest safety event in the Rocky Mountain region. Create valuable connections with professionals in occupational safety and health, risk management, loss control, industrial hygiene, plant management and public safety.

Established in 1968, the Colorado Safety Association (CSA) has been promoting safety in Colorado for 50 years. CSA works to prevent accidents, preserve lives, and enhance the quality of life in Colorado by providing safety education. Over 400 member companies represent the full range of Colorado private and public sectors.

Trade Show: As as exhibitor you can chose to showcase your products and services on Tuesday, September 25 and/or Wednesday, September 26 with maximum exposure to attendees.

We are accepting a limited number of exhibitors each day so reserve your spot now!

Display Information:

• Table top displays 6-foot by 3-foot wide area (please note that displays larger than this will not be allowed as there is very limited room for each exhibitor)
• Skirted table
• Two employees per table
• Tables will surround general session and break-out rooms
• Company listed in conference program if table is secured by August 31, 2018

Trade Show Schedule: Tuesday, September 25 and Wednesday, September 26:

Set up 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 a.m.
Conference 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Breakdown 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

If you chose to exhibit on both days your booth will not be monitored over night. You may want to break down as it will be accessible to the public.

*Fee includes breakfast, breaks and lunch.  Additional charges for electricity, A/V and wi-fi.

Exhibitor cancellations must be made in writing via email to rachel@coloradosafety.org. A $200.00 service fee will be charged. No refunds after September 7, 2018.
