Topic Safety, Health and Wellness Leadership
One of the most efficient and effective means of influencing company health and safety culture is through evidence-based leadership practices. Researchers from the Center for Health, Work & Environment at the Colorado School of Public Health, University of Colorado Anschutz Medical Campus will share practical leadership strategies that can be used to facilitate culture change.
Presenter: Natalie Schwatka, PhD is Assistant Professor in the Department of Environmental and Occupational Health at University of Colorado, Anschutz Medical Campus. She is also a member of the Center for Health, Work & Environment, one of six centres of excellence for Total Worker Health® (TWH). She conducts research on TWH leadership and culture and climate assessment and interventions in high-risk work environments.
