SOCO ASSP Jobsite Tour with Wells & West General Contractors

Come join SOCO ASSP for a tour of Wells & West’s remodel of the 7th floor of the Wells Fargo Tower in downtown Colorado Springs.

Friday October 24th
Time: 1pm to 3pm
Meeting area to start the tour: 90 S Cascade Ave, Colorado Springs, CO 80903

Recommended parking areas or parking lots: Wells Fargo parking garage, level P3

Required PPE: Hard hat, safety glasses, safety-toe boots.

What the jobsite consists of (what is being built or remodeled): The entire 7^th floor of the Wells Fargo Tower has been demoed and is now being rebuilt

Any additional information:

The parking garage entrance is on the south side of the building. You drive in, push the green button and the machine will give you a blue ticket keep that, you’ll need that and a yellow ticket that we will give you to get out of the garage. After the gate opens go left, you will come to a stop sign, take a sharp left and continue down until you get to level P3 and park.

On the west side of the building is another entrance to the parking garage. Same process pull up to the gate push the green button take the blue ticket and keep it we will give you a yellow one that you will need to get out of the parking garage (the machine will ask you for the blue one first and then for payment you give it the yellow one)
